Hi. This is about how I fought to get my energy back and live my life again. Before I began a glutin free diet, I was almost incapacitated with fatigue, but now, five years later, I feel strong and am able to live my life. I can't say I'm 100%, and I still have bad days, but nothing like the days I spent lying on the couch, too exhausted to answer the phone.       Hard to tell, but this is an old recall notice from the USA, so even if it were the same brand, it's unlikely that you would be getting the same batch that had the contamination issues.

      I've been eating waffles they say gluton free there in Iceland I don't know if there the same ones
