The diarrhoea is back. It had gone for nearly two weeks, after being nearly a daily occurrence for a month. I know where it came from, but I was so hungry a couple of nights back, I just had to have fries! I had been to a meeting, everyone at home was hungry, it was late and I just had to eat! Within an hour, I knew I had done it. I will have to make sure that I have a little snack in the afternoon, just so I don’t get that horrible hunger. Being winter it will be a battle.
It is so cold today, as if the wind has come straight off the mountains. So much for our winterless north, it is just a myth.
