My wife and I often frequent a great restaurant in Boca Raton called Burton's Bar and Grill.  A celiac chef owns this restaurant and they have 2 kitchens.  They will bring my wife's entree out on a round plate and then mine on a square plate.  They are fantastic and the food is very good and reasonably priced.  I would recommend this establishment to anyone who suffers from this terrible disease.
