Well I am two weeks completely gluten free, and no signs of improvement in my sleep. Have to give it more time I guess, although I think I have a bit more energy. Haven't found it that hard to stay away from the gluten, just have to more aware of what I am eating, and show more will power. Well today being Tuesday, July 26th, I am one week gluten-free for the first time in years. Not seeing any improvement in my sleep yet, but I guess that will take time. Not sure if it is the gluten that is causing me my sleep problems. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and we are going to try Tryptophan for my sleep. Well I am just starting my blog, not used to doing a diary everyday, but hey this might be fun.I am just back from Skagway, Alaska where we keep our boat and go fishing every weekend for shrimp, crab, salmon and halibut.
