Have been gluten free for 4 mons. and have to eat gluten for 3 wks for testing purposes. How much a day do I need to eat? Ate a bagel today and don't feel awful like I thought I would. Should I be eating more gluten?

Have To Eat Gluten For Testing

I have been gluten free for 4 months and my doctor wants me to eat gluten for 3 weeks in order to test for celiac. How much gluten a day do I need to eat? I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to handle this for 3 weeks!!
