Food Diary

Today I have to start keeping a food diary of all I eat and drink for the next 3 days before going to the nutritionist. I don't know if the paper is large enough to list all the bags of m&m's I will be eating?!! lol Is all gluten-free bread as hard as a brick?? I used it for a grilled cheese this morning. After I grilled it, it was much better, and it taste ok....the texture is more like pound cake! Anyway, I'm off to work now and wish all of you a great day!
