Can anyone recommend a doctor or health clinic in Las Vegas that specializes in Gluten Intolerance i.e. Celiac disease? I would prefer to find someone who is outside the "standard of care" i.e. normal procedures that doctors who are aligned to large medical organizations follow.

Over 7 years ago I was diagnoised with Gluten Intolerance. I had gone everywhere and had all kinds of diagnosis including liver disease, chronic fatigue etc. I could barely get out of bed in the morning. I finally walked into a clinic called Health Now in Sunnyvale CA and they saved my life.

My sister lives in Las Vegas and she is suffering almost the exact same symtoms as I had. She needs to find a doctor close to where she lives so someone can "rescue" her from the dibilitating symtoms of gluten allergies.
