Not Losing Weight!

KikiUSA

I have done alot of reading on here about the weight issues, wether it is gain or loss, it has helped me understand alot but I am still finding it emotionally hard. I have never had a problem like most of you on losing weight until now and the weight gain so depresses me. I will say that getting on here to read everyone's posts it helps me out alot and I dont feel so alone.

I am going to start my 3 mile walk on June 1st and add in some low weights to start with. I was doing this before but gave up after not losing any weight after 2 months but I figure I should just keep doing it just for good health.

Maybe someday someone will figure out how we all can lose the extra weight we put on.

Good luck to everyone on their journey's!

Hi,
I'm new to this blogging thing and don't know if I'm doing it right. But, reading your comment about losing weight is my problem also. I was told I had Celiac about a year ago. I'm a small build person anyway and I can't do Whey protein shakes. Any suggestions for gaining weight would be so much appreciated--by anyone!

Hi KikiUSA,

I read your post and I have to say that I know exactly how you feel... I am so emotionally tired and frustrated because of this disease. I also know how you feel by putting on weight. I wish I had an answer for you on how to lose it. Over the past year, I gained about 60 pounds, I was so bloated and couldn't fit into any of my cloths. I had to go out and buy all new stuff. I became so depressed and never left my house. It seemed like no matter what I did I just gained weight. Recently within the past 3 months, I became so deadly ill from celiac disease (because I didnt know I had it) I lost 30 pounds. Since then, I make it a habit to walk 3-4 times a week for about 30-60 mins each time. I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (more green vegetables than anything). I found this to be helpful to keep off the weight. I am noticing that I am starting to lose water weight from it. I hope this will help you and I am sorry to hear your struggling. Keep your head up, its a rough road but it will get better. Wish I could of helped more. Take care.
