Not Much Of A Market W/ Used Gf Cookbooks

Today I went to one of our huge resale book shops. You bring in your books and magazines and can trade them for credit. All of their inventory is used...there are about 5 of them around the Phoenix valley area. So, I went looking for gluten-free cookbooks. As I was browsing I realized that there aren't going to be many gluten-free used cookbooks because A.) being a Celiac is for life so you're always going to be using the recipes from them, and B.) it's only recently recognized as being a common disease and until people just now being diagnosed start to die off (50+ years) there aren't going to be a lot of used books on the market. That led me to Amazon. I did a search for Gluten Free...even their used cookbooks are only 2 dollars off the cover price. Also, I thought this was interesting, they sell a whole variety of gluten-free products: gluten-free flour, cereal, bread...etc. Amazon, never ceases to amaze me what they'll sell next!~Cheers :P

I like Bette Hagman. She has a whole bunch of cookbooks, but my favorite is the Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread. Try Half.com to buy used books, sometimes pretty cheaply.
