Rice and Shrimp with veggies as a side:2c. rice, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper and 1Tbl. minced garlic browned in 2Tbl. olive oil over medium heat.Then you add 1 can chopped tomatos with their juice and 1.5c. water. Bring it to a boil, add 2tsp. oregano, 1tsp. chili powder, frozen shrimp, and salt and pepper. Bring it down to low, cook rice until done.Frozen veggies on the side and tapioca for desert. ummm ummm ummm
