Only on empty stomach before evening meal for maxeffect.- rest of evening will be a bit like yesterday, going to take my carvestik intothe streets inabout 1hr...NB i am just giving info on what works for me - i am not advising what i wrote -there issome evidence (but quite flaky) that herb damages the liver - even if it does ijust want tolead a comfortable life now - one day at a time is the motto i learned from thisforum.FWIW - i believe i can make myself comfortable with a c%$#$tail of supplementsand multi-angle management, so seeing as your brother can eat a bit, my take is that heis notbeing pro-active enough at doing the things that help - like him i have beenfrightened offood during the day, underate to be on the safe side, then lost control andoccassionalypigged out and overate at night - then felt bad next day - thats the prob witheating lotslate. so instead find out what works/i can tolerate, weight it on electronicscales - eat withreduced fear coz i know i'm doing everything to a precise tested formula - thendon't needto eat so much in evening.the docs i have seen are hopeless at this sort of thing, one said to me "youhave whitestuff on your tongue" - yes i said "that's candida". Blank look from doc -doesn't know itcan attack intestines and digestive tract!
