I thinkgood info, i'llgo thru it in more detail on the weekend.so far managing on corn tortilla, baked beans, banana, nut butters, no modneeded for myevening meat or fish and vege juice meal. usually have sticky rice with maybe afew littlepretzels as my late evening snak - got rid of the pretzels now.went 100% gluten free today (i think) maybe feeling a bit better, but prolly theplaceboeffect. worth a try anyway considering my history. made some rice and glutenfree flourmuffins last night so i could replace the half donut component of my brekky.fairly recently i realised that maybe i am a bit lactose intolerant - a previoustest where ireplaced milk with soy milk didn't seem to help - but thats maybe coz soy givesme wind.however i found that taking an enzyme for lactose before i have it in my cerealseems tomake a big difference - been down to just 2oz of milk in morning but found i canhavemore like 3 oz and feel better with the enzyme. so that alerted me to idea thatmaybe i amgluten intolerant plus a lot of ppl on this forum seem to be too.cheers,Mike
