Bread Question

I was wondering if anyone on here had a good gluten free bread made from scratch

My young daughter saw this request and hunted up the recipe for you. I hope you didn't starve waiting for it. I couldn't tolerate this recipe, so I had sort of lost it.

11/2 cup blanched almond flour. I use unblanched.

3/4 cup arrowroot powder

1/4 cup flax seed meal (I use a nut powdered instead)

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

4 eggs

1 tsp agave nectar (I use honey)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar. I used Mango sauce instead.

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in agave and vinegar into eggs. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Pour batter into well greased 7.5 x 3.5 " loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean.

Alternatively: scoop batter on to baking sheets about 1/4 cup at a time. Use as hamburger buns.

I am hoping to get these back one day.

I saw this recipe about an hour ago...dont' know where to get the featherweight flour...hmmm but I know that at Sprouts they have a gluten free flour that is very popular and well made...it is a combination of flours that does the trick. Here is the recipe hope it helps you!! I am doing lots of research on this....

Dry ingredients

3 cups of Featherlight mix
2 1/4 teaspoons of Xanthan Gum
1 1/2 teaspoons of Unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 teaspoons of egg replacer
3/4 teaspoon of Salt
3 tablesoons of Sugar
1/3 cup of dry milk powder or nondairy substitute
2 1/4 teasoons of Dry yeast granules
Wet Ingredients
1 Egg plus 2 Egg whites
4 1/2 tablespoons of Margarine or Butter
3/4 teaspoon of dough enhancer or vinegar
3 teaspoons of Honey
1 1/2 cups of Water
(p.s. sometimes with these bread recipes I like to add cinnamon and vanilla extract.....but that's just me...I don't want it to taste flat and boring.....)
