My Son Is Having Gluten & Lactose Intolerance

My son is just 3 year old & 2& half months back he diagnosed with Gluten,rice & Lactose intolerance, everyday is now challenge for me, to deal with my kid..daily he ask me for maggi, biscuits, milk, bakery products but i am unable to give him.. he is having mild allergy with rice and severe allergy of gluten & lactose . Can you please tell me how much time it will take to recover from these allergies.

You will get more answers if you posted this in the forum. Maybe the parents section or post diagnosis section? This section is for blogs which usually don't get a lot of responses.

You can make baked items with nut flour. Even my family is coming to like almond flour muffins and pie crusts.

I hope your you and your son will enjoy a healthy life.
