today is going pretty well. I had my yearly mammogram this morning :(I hate those....I had to take a nap this afternoon but made a good dinner of ham, mashed potatoes and creamed corn. I was in a starchy comfort mood :)I am feeling a lot better eating gluten free. The doctor gave me a week to see if it would help my RA. I had to go stricter with my starches and meats along with the gluten-free. It has helped. Even though I'm stiff, I'm better.I have been craving some wheat foods but haven't given in at all. Every once in a awhile I think "oh, a little won't hurt". but then I remember the pain as well as all the other symptoms and I realize that yes, it will hurt me. I have lost 9 pounds now YEA! Only..ummm...54 more to go  Ann

What kind of creamed corn do you get? I love creamed corn, but can only find it with gluten in it.

If you're craving wheat, you should try that Chebe bread. I ordered some off their internet site, the variety case, and have made two different kinds. They were both very good. I made hot dog buns which aren't really like regular buns, but still good. Then I made some calzone's for my son to take to school. I made them last night with mozzarella and pepperoni inside them, froze three for later, and baked one this morning to send with my son. He said it was great!

It's the first gluten-free bread that I've had that is actually GOOD.
