Easy and pretty much self explanatory
- 1/2 pound salami, chopped (ask the deli for a chunk and not sliced)
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 jar black olives
- 1/4 pound sharp cheddar
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
In a salad bowl, toss ingredients with the EVOO and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Easy Peasy!
