Been awhile few things
Been updated on my bleeding and bloody stools as ulcerative colitis and IBS, So I started looking at eating a anti inflammatory diet to realize....I already am (link provided at bottom). This disease is treated the mostly with diet, looks like already on it also with my gluten free, and diary free issues. But it does have a new one, no fructose. Well I have always have a problem with fruits, sugar, starches, and carbs. They always caused bloating, distention, and either D or C depending, so now I have a excuse not to eat them. Now onto other diet considerations recently. Debating dropping coffee, found crio bru which is a coffee sub made of cocoa beans. This might be a nice try to see if coffee is effecting me and to get me off of the addictive substance.

Another one is sucrose, one of the few artificial sweeteners that does not bother me at all. All other like aspartame, asuflame, turn me into mr hyde, saccharin makes me hold water like crazy and causes my joints to swell. Going to try rotating off it and onto erythritol, stevia, and monk fruit.
Food journal has led to a interesting revelation, on days I get sick and puke after eating they have a few things in common. When the puke is a mucus slime I noticed those days I had rotated into fresh produce that was recently bought. I have come to the conclusion it is the outer parts of these plants and the waxy stuff they coat them in. I have tried washing them etc. Still seems to have that waxy feel and eating them causing me to throw up a few hours later. Conclusion, Throw away the outer 3-5 leaves on romaine, lettuce, and cabbage before consuming. On peppers this is fixed by not only washing under hot water but also having to Roast/steam them under high heat til them become super soft and almost melt by roasting them for 10-20 mins or broiling them for 2-3 each side then closing them up in a foil pouch to steam. This seems to make them easier to digest and gets rid of the waxy puking issue.
I have another suspect on my intolerance list,.....and I HATE to admit it but chocolate in moderate to large amounts might be a culprit the new criobru should clear that up. I personally know I can not have full fat chocolate chips, it effects me like oily foods in the lines of olives, canola, meats, sunflower, etc in the fact it floats up and forms a slimy blob in my stomach I later puke up. I fear I may have become more sensitive and that de fatted cocoa and cocoa in general could be a new trigger.
I have found a few wonderful products as of late, a celiac dedicated meal replacement shake that is helping me put on weight. Jackfruit meat substitute that taste just like chopped BBQ and I have discovered Bacon, chocolate, and cupcake flavored toothpaste to help bust cravings me just brushing my teeth.
Due to removing more fruit from my diet I have introduced a vitamin C Supplement, working with getting it right at the moment but have noticed some interesting results in energy fluctuations, weight, and urinating more. Needs more observation for dedicated results and to remove other changes to diet from equation.
