HELP!

I have celiac just like everyone else here but I also have a casein allergy, so no dairy allowed either.  I’m at such a loss when it comes to dinner! Any ideas?? Share recipes!

Sub your cheese with Miyoko or Kite hill versions. I normally eat omelettes, quiches, dairy free and grain free homemade baked goods, stir fry, soups, stews, grain free bread with avocado, almond, or sun butter on them, salads, nutmeal porridge, I often serve up steaks, ribs, fish, crab cakes grain free, etc for my family. Califlour foods Plant based crust is grain and diary free, miyoko vegan mozz, some sauce and toppings and pizza, might try a daiya pizza if you can eat that stuff dairy free but has stuff I can not eat. Mikey's makes dairy free, gluten free, and grain free hot pockets, muffins, and lame pizza crust. You can use Seiste foods or mikeys tortillas and make tacos, Protes protein chips have a vegan nacho cheese chip that's good for nachos. I have a whole recipe blog here where I post some stuff I play with.

Oh, I have lived a very long time without either of these.  I use seaweed noodles, I make wraps using psyllium husks or cassava flour.  I am doing a Wildetarian diet which is created my Teri Cochrane nutritionist and I highly recommend it!  I have a bison burger wrapped in romaine or iceberg lesson along with a sweet potato for many suppers.  Wild caught fish I also have and I have it with a side of sweet potato fries or shredded lettuce.  I enjoy berry smoothies perhaps I could share that recipe to cheer you up!  Online you can find brownies made with garbanzo or plantain flour.  Really since I eliminated foods from my diet; I have kept gaining more!

Makes 3 servings:

3 cups of frozen Berries or cherries (We really like a mix of sweet and sour cherries), Frozen pineapple chunks as an option

2 Tbsp sweetener Maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar for example

l tsp lemon zest (alternative lime or lemon juice)

1 scoop of protein powder, seeds or nuts

l cup water

Place in a Nutri=Bullet or other blender and process until smooth.
