Actually in the hospital now getting a gastric emptying test done, I brought some Julian Bakery Bread since they want me to eat bread with the eggs. The cooked it all in the microwave in disposable containers so I have no worry about getting gluten or any other allergen in the foods. So far the first 2 x-ray have shown the food not to have moved...sorta expected this without digestive enzymes or flushing it with liquid (only allowed 4oz of water).

Well my truck has been up and down with performance, seems when it warms up is when the major power loss issues happen. Engine codes say 2 injectors...probably going to have to have them replaced around $500-700 and ask my family for help paying for it. I personally replaced the alternator on my old Buick rendezvous and it was honestly overly complicated considering they mount it on the back of the motor and the crazy steps you have to take to gain access to it...3 hours to get to it and remove it. Wish I could fix the truck myself but the computer on it needs to be programed to the new injectors so I would have a brick that would be stuck unable to be driven til we got that done. I am hoping this fixes and it and I do not have to replace any others or the fuel pump/rails.

Business has been slow but it normally is this time of the year I am planning some changes this year with my baked goods, changing to natural flavorings and colors by Natural Flavors instead of the Emulsions from Lor Ann with artificial colors and gums that do not settle well with me. Trying to figure out want I want to jump in with menu and baked good lines up when the farmers market in April, I am thinking doing nachos/tacos with seite foods chips and tortillas and offering pork rind nachos for keto options. This last concept made me play with the idea of making my own pork rinds and playing with the idea of vending with them.
My other options for meals would be full on breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon, all day, and making chocolate doughnuts and cinnamon sugar doughnut holes. Bakery wise thinking my almond butters, Girly Lemon Cookies (girl scout lemon cookie knockoffs but gluten free and low carb), biscotti, hazelnut cookies, sunbutter cookies, and chocolate chip chocolate cupcakes with walnuts? would like feed back on this last one, going to avoid decorating them due to cost of sugar free royal icing.

Also wondering how to afford my orders these next few months for almonds, flavors, website renewal, health permits, etc.

Sorry you are feeling so bad.

"Engine codes say 2 injectors...probably going to have to have them replaced around $500-700 and ask my family for help paying for it."

Before doing that try running a tank or two with injector cleaning additive like Techron D. They are more likely to have built up deposits than to have failed especially if the previous owner was delinquent with fuel filters. I was a mechanic taking care of 30 agricultural diesel and never had to replace an injector for failure. Not to say it can't be, but $15 of additives may save you $700 of repairs. In may seem worse at first but that is proof it is doing its job.

Tried this once, doing it again but put 7 cans of seafoam in with 30 gallons in the tank left (3/4 tank), it stops the rough running for a bit and extends run time before it starts running rough and showing the obvious power loss of struggling to hit 50mph. BUT the engine still runs in "limp mode" with a limit of 65mph.
BTW it is a 2011 Ford F350 6.7L Diesel with the Ambulance Package, >,< the previous owner never even knew it had a fuel/water separator and he never drained it so I think it got water in the system at one point.

Techron D  is specifically for cleaning diesel injectors while Seafoam is a general engine cleaner with additives to boost combustion that compensates for the fouling.

Dumb question: have you tried a different brand of fuel. Back in 1984, Oldsmobile Cutlass had injectors that would clog up specifically customers using Exxon gas. The next year GM changed the injectors and the problem went away. Here's a fun video from Open Original Shared Link

Truck Update, Took it to a mechanic and found it has low compression on those two cylinders so not a injector issue. The mechanic said we needed to change the engine to a 2015 model, saying the early first gen motors had issues with glow plugs breaking and locking up and breaking crankshafts. Unfortunately I do not have the money for a 7-8 thousand dollar motor and the labor to fix...I checked the wrecked used trucks sell for 10K Plus so no donors.
My bet is to pull the head and have my fathers shop do a valve job and surface it....but now need to find someone to pull the head.....that last guy after he "tested it" it came back to me and now misfires and the whole truck shakes, no longer trust him.

Easy and profitable for him. No wonder you don't trust him. Maybe he broke a glow plug and is CYA. If he got air in the injector lines and did not get it bled out or left one or more loose it could cause the shaking. If air in the lines and not leaking it will eventually self bleed and you are back to where you started. If a line is leaking, it won't. "Look where hands have been." Which cylinders? New codes and which codes exactly?  Did he do a second compression test with oil or a leak down test? That would differentiate between valves or head gasket or piston rings. Head gasket leak between two cylinders without coolant involvement could explain the low compression on adjacent cylinders. I had that on all 4 cylinders of my son's Matrix. Was recommended to replace the engine but it was only head gasket leaking compression between the cylinders. I fixed it with a $30 gasket and my labor instead of an engine swap.  What color is the oil. Milky? I'm in Florida so I can only offer words to help. If leaking from ring wear I think it would effect all cylinders to some extent. So, unless the pistons or piston rings are suspected of leaking or broken (glow plug damage); pulling the heads sounds like the next logical step. By the way, if broken glow plugs was an issue why not upgrade them or the heads? Does not sound like a used engine swap is appropriate to me. You might end up with someone else's problems. As Adrian Monk said, "I could be wrong, but I don't think so."
