Well life has been crazy. I guess the biggest issue has been my truck I got so I could travel more and go to farmers markets with. I took it in with a extended warranty to get the A/C fixed and the engine started having problems. Warranty company told the dealership to take it apart so they could inspect but then declined be cause the truck was a ambulance....well the vin says it is a F350 with a ambulance package so they knew that. So I ended up without a vehicle and the initial cost was $21,938 to fix the truck almost double my annual income. I just paid 2200 to have it reassembled but will have to find someone else to see about a alternate fix to get by.
Mean time I have resorted to side jobs of any type I could get off the table and via questionable means managed to raise some funding but am still short quite a bit and unable to make much with the current circumstances and no truck to get around with.
Food, I have gone almost completely carnivore mostly because it is cheaper to just live on eggs, ground meat, canned fish, and bacon then spending on nuts. Although I have started having to only scan half my food at self checkout and keep most hidden in the bottom of reusable bags but this allows me to get by on just food stamps. Also skipping meals when I can and fasting if my body lets me.
Health I am doing decently fitbit clocks me a average 18 miles and 4000-6000cal burn a day in single digit body fat and 160lbs at 5'11'' but finding myself anemic lately.
I have managed to get a bunch more reading done in the evenings and mornings since I have no bake orders to fill or food prep heck managed to reread the ranger hand book, and to complete 376 chapters of Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari novel in a few weeks. I have honestly withdrawn from human interactions and often go 2-3 days without talking to anyone, but some recent life events have brought this back and it will go away after I go back to normal work.

Quote feature apparently  not working for blogs...

EnnisTx....thanks for the update....I had wondered how you were doing....it is not like you to not have monthly updates...

I knew RL must really be giving you a hard time of it....

I see you are are eating meats again....that Is a good thing....I remember you always saying how much you struggle with protein.

Is there anything you did different you attribute to the changes/improvements that is letting you eat meat(s) again...

The more I've study the issue/problem the more I believe it is a Vagus Nerve issue/disorder leading to Gastroparesis...

Try taking some Lecithin crystals with your meals....if it the Vagus Nerve acting up...this might help it work better.

Lecithin can help mental clarity too....My mind always felt sharper when I took Lecithin...though I don't take it now.....I only took it for a Cycle....say one bottle....then a month rest....to see how I felt without it...then another month with it (Lecithin) etc...I don't take it now.

I am glad you are able to eat meats again.....sounds like a break through too me!

I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advise.
