Deamidated Gliadin IGG elevated

I had a positive biopsy 6 months ago and I have been gluten free since then. My doctor just checked my deamidated Gliadin IGA and IGG for the first time to see how my body is responding to the diet (still having GI issues).

My IGA was 1.0 (normal <15) but my IGG was 18.1 (normal <15).  With one value on the low end and one elevated does this mean I am still getting gluten? Unfortunately he didn’t do these tests when diagnosed by biopsy  so I don’t know what my values were at that time. Any interpretations are appreciated.

Gluten is in so many things, that it is really difficult to eliminate it entirely. It took me years to be confident in my diet. Since the pandemic, when I had to cook everything I eat at home and not going to restaurants, my gut is so much better and I've lost weight. Even when I'm ordering foods that should be gluten-free in a restaurant, there is always cross-contamination, unless eating in a dedicated gluten-free restaurant.
