All unseasoned rice varieties are gluten and casein free, they are: Texmati White, Texmati Brown, Texmati Light Brown, Jasmati, Kasmati, Royal Blend, Risotto, Petit Rice. The only Chef's Originals mixes that are gluten and casein free are: Chef's Originals Smokey Cowboy Beans & Rice and Sonoran Mexican Rice These two items are, however, packed on a line that also packs the mixes that do contain wheat and/or almonds. The line is thoroughly cleaned between runs of each different product, but I feel that it is important that you are aware of this. The casein is in the seasoning of the other mixes but the seasoning pouches come to our plant already packed so there is no possible chance of cross contamination.
