I've been baking and heating and knoshing and eating:

Celiac.com Sponsor (A13):

365 Pancake and Waffle Mix- Good, not spectacular

Whole Foods Market Frozen baguettes- Amazing. A new favorite.

365 Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix- yuck

Kinnickinnick White Cake Mix- yuckity yuck-o; had to toss it- "egg-y"flavor-eww!

Trader Joe's Brownie mix (in brown bag)- good, but I reacted (and no, I didn't have milk with them)

Kinnickinnick Chocolate Donuts (frozen)- ok, but I reacted (and no, I didn't have milk or other ?able items with them)

(I'm thinking it's the tapioca starch or tapioca flour that is making me get sick from the gluten-free baked goods I react to?--Although I eat the frozen Kinnickinnick bread with no problem and it has tapioca starch...confounding!)

Rice Chex (new gluten-free version)- YUM-O!!

Random menu of the day (today):

Breakfast: scrambled egg whites and one slice of Kinnickinnick white frozen bread with spray butter and rhubarb jam

Lunch: Banana, celery w/p.butter, baked beans (craving)

Snack: Fla-vor-ice (95 degrees today)

Dinner: Ian's frozen gluten-free chicken nuggets, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, green & jasmine iced tea (I saw on TV how Martha Stewart mixes flavors in her iced tea, and I like it, too!)

Dessert: Part of a Cadbury Fruit & Nut bar
