    Are Fritos Gluten-Free?

    Wondering if Fritos are gluten-free? Many types of Fritos are gluten-free! Here's the rundown.

    Celiac.com 01/26/2024 - We get a lot of questions about the gluten-free status of certain foods, candies, or snacks. We have list of Safe Foods and Forbidden Foods lists for both of those, along with a gluten-free Super Bowl Snack List.

    Still, the questions keep coming. One of the most common product questions we see is: Are Fritos gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? The short answer is yes! Or, at least, mostly yes. Frito-Lay does make Fritos that are gluten-free. But they also make some Fritos that are not gluten-free. Here's the rundown.
