    Lately, we've been getting numerous questions about Fruity Pebbles. Specifically, are Fruity Pebbles gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? The answer is yes.

    Fruity Pebbles are manufactured by Post Foods and yes, they are gluten-free. Currently, all varieties of Fruity Pebbles including the original are listed as being gluten-free on Post Foods’ website.     They are gluten free but produced with other products that are not. Everytime I have tried to eat fruity pebbles, it has triggered a celiac attack. I have tried with milk and plain just to make sure it wasn’t the milk and even completely plain, I had the same reaction.

    Their website says it is produced on equipment that also handles tree nuts and peanuts. Nothing about equipment that handles gluten containing grains. Perhaps you are reacting to some other ingredient.

    No I am not. I know several people with celiacs that can’t tolerate them. I would avoid if you are highly sensitive.

    It could be herbicides and pesticides that make us sick. Or arsenic from rice?  Our cereal should be tested for that garbage also.

    I would urge you to look at the nutritional value of that cereal. Apart from the enrichment additives, there is almost "0" nutrition.
