    Well, Mondelez International (aka Big Wheat) seems to be somewhat concerned about the Gluten-Free population, after they shut down The Enjoy Life Cookie plant putting over 100 people out of a job?  I certainly will never forgive them for that decision.  I'll admit before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Ritz Crackers, Honey Grahams and other products from Nabisco were around the house when my parents were still living.  Years ago, I purchased A Lionel Nabisco Employees Train set with three passenger coaches (Oreo, Ritz and Wheat Thins), should I sell it? No doubt the capital "D" is on the package, similar to Gluten-Free Oreos.  As with the majority of Celiacs, I'm also Dairy-Free.

     

     As for selling The Gluten Free Mall, you should buy it back or have a controlling interest in the company.  Restrictions on shipping certain products to "The Sunshine State" (Florida), computer glitches and charging almost $100 to ship the food isn't worth it.  I'm no longer doing business with them.

    @R. M. LOMBARDO, given that Mondelez International now makes gluten-free Oreos (in several varieties) and now Chips Ahoy!, as well as other gluten-free products, I'm not sure it's fair to call them "Big Wheat" anymore. I just bought a package of these for my daughter for $3.84 at Safeway, and I can tell you from having once owned The Gluten-Free Mall that there is no way smaller companies can compete with such prices, however, in the end the lower prices for gluten-free products will benefit gluten-free consumers. Also, I would not want to be in the current gluten-free food business and having to compete against Amazon.
