However, Covid-19 has changed that. Responding to calls from food manufacturers facing supply chain problems in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is relaxing some labeling requirements for certain ingredients in food in the U.S.

"Medical" advice, and I use the term loosely, is so rampant and so unproven nowadays (I even have relatives that fall down these rabbit holes and are shocked I don't follow.), so I am skeptical of everything.
