I personally don't take a multi vitamin, only get the ones my Dr. tells me I'm low in based on my annual test results, but I'm pretty sure both have one or something close for you.       Thank you both for your insights. I think I’ll have to repeat testing in a few months and have a longer period of gluten consumption.
