Wondering if bbq sauce is gluten free? Some brands are, some are not. Here's a list with some handy resources.

Is BBQ sauce gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? The short answer is most store bought brands of commercial barbecue sauce are not gluten-free. But some are. It depends on the brand.

Many barbecue sauces use gluten or other gluten ingredients as a thickener or coloring agent. The means wheat or gluten, so it’s important to always check labels, and be extra careful of anything you’re not sure about.
