    Celiac.com 03/23/2021 - We get a lot of questions here about what products may contain gluten. One question we've seen a lot recently is about Pedialyte. Specifically, is Pedialyte gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? 

    According to the company website, Pedialyte Classic is an advanced rehydration solution specially formulated with an optimal balance of sugar and electrolytes needed to help replenish vital fluids and minerals which, when lost, can lead to dehydration.

     Pedialyte Classic can help prevent mild to moderate dehydration caused by vomiting, diarrhea, exercise, travel, and heat exhaustion. 

    Pedialyte Classic is for use under medical supervision to manage mild to moderate dehydration during diarrhea and vomiting.

    According to the company website, Pedialyte Classic is lactose-free, gluten-free, and Kosher. Some flavors are Halal. Pedialyte contains no fruit juice.

      Hi Layu, Could you copy the lab results, exactly as they appear. Test, your results and the range the lab uses? Did the gluten free diet help? It could be that the probiotic helped limit the damage the gluten was doing. It may have lowered your test results, especially if your tests were taken during a period when you were not eating gluten...
