    So, what can you expect from Little Caesars' Gluten-Free Pizza? Let's dive in.

    The Gluten-Free Pizza is offered in a convenient rectangular shape, perfectly portioned for one person. It's cut into four slices, resembling half the size of Little Caesars' signature Deep Dish Pizza.     Sad but true for us celiacs, I think the gluten free fad is waning.  I am noticing fewer and fewer glutin free options in main stream super markets and restaurants.  Those that decided to go gluten free a few years back, when it was trendy to do so, have given that up, and moved on.  It is back to us hard core 7% of the population, forging for something gluten free to eat.

    Celiac.com 10/19/2017 - When I first saw the big advertisement that came through the mail I thought, "Wow, we are really getting somewhere!" However, when I read their advertisement my mind was quickly changed by what seems like false advertising.
    It reads like a great deal of boasting, followed by the "disclaimer" (At the bottom. Who reads to the end of an advertisement?)
    Here's the disclaimer:

    "Domino's pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza."
    If I hadn't read that disclaimer, I could have gone out that night and purchased a Domino's Gluten...

    Mistakes Restaurants Make In Gluten-Free Dining
    Celiac.com 03/08/2019 - How many times have you gone out to dinner and tried to find a gluten-free meal that wouldn't make you sick? How many times have you eaten that gluten-free meal, only to think, "gee, I wouldn't feed this to my dog?"
    This leads to the question, do restaurants that serve gluten-free menu items taste test their offerings? If not, why not? Why do they think that people with gluten-intolerance or celiac disease want to eat cardboard? These and other questions continue to baffle me.

    06/20/2024 - Update: DiGiorno Gluten Free Pizza was reformulated, and is now 100% gluten AND wheat-free. Gluten-free wheat starch is no longer used in the product, and I can say that the new forumula tastes outstanding! This excellent gluten-free pizza is widely available, and I get it at Target.
