But they can also be caused by other things as well. There certainly is enough circumstantial evidence in your list of medical problems to warrant being tested for celiac disease.   The Celebrity brand Luncheon Loaf (found at dollar tree, distributed by Atalanta Corporation) is gluten free according to the distributor. I emailed their customer service line for information on the ingredients, and they contacted the vendor and followed up with me that the "starch" ingredient I was worried about is corn and potato. It should be safe.
