Celiac.com 10/28/2024 - I recently tried the Gluten Free Texas Toast with Real Garlic from New York Bakery, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! New York Bakery, known for their classic Texas Toast, has really outdone themselves by creating a gluten-free version that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture. As someone who’s been gluten-free for a while, I’ve missed enjoying the thick, crispy garlic bread that was a staple of pasta nights growing up. Now, thanks to New York Bakery’s gluten-free option, I don’t have to miss out anymore!

The toast is made with real garlic spread and herbs, offering the perfect balance of crunch on the outside and softness on the inside. I baked mine in the oven, and it came out golden and perfectly crispy in just 9 minutes. The flavor was fantastic—rich, garlicky, and buttery, just like the garlic bread I remember from my childhood. The best part? It's made in a dedicated gluten-free facility, so I can enjoy it without worrying about gluten contamination.

Gluten-Free Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp
Celiac.com 12/01/2022 - Chef John has been a go-to inspiration for more than a few of the recipes we have transformed into culinary magic with our gluten-free versions. These garlic shrimp are grilled over high heat charcoal, then drizzled with a quick, easy, source of fresh herbs. The recipe happens to be naturally gluten-free, so no changes needed. As Chef John notes, the recipe works best with fresh herbs, so it's good to splurge and buy anything you can't get from your herb garden. Be sure to buy extra large shrimp for longer grilling, and maximum caramelization.
