For celiac and dairy free, I believe Ben & Jerry makes some flavors. If you can tolerate dairy but without the lactose, then Breyers makes a Lactose-free and gluten-free which is what I get. Unfortunately, they only make it in vanilla and chocolate flavors.

Haagen Dazs and Turkey Hill do not write gluten-free on their packaging. Who has tried them without any issues and what flavors? If they are produced on the same line with a gluten ingredient, there could be contamination, right?

Yes, but they just recently released 8 of their top flavors with “gluten-free” label. They changed their processing from an article I read.

Finding a good gluten free ice cream cone turned out to be a real obstacle for me. Either they held up well, but tasted like cardboard, or they had a good flavor but were extremely brittle. I almost gave up on my search for a great gluten-free cone, but then I tried Joy's Gluten-free Sugar Ice Cream Cones.   Obviously, you have looked at all this from various angles and I respect that. But consider this, you could trial the gluten-free diet for six months to see if it results in lower ttg-iga scores. If so, it is another piece of evidence pointing to celiac disease. You could then go off the gluten fast and return to a gluten loaded diet for weeks or months and...
