Tomorrow's Nutrition SunFiber Gluten-Free Invisible Fiber

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
    Tomorrow's Nutrition SunFiber Gluten-Free Invisible Fiber -

For several days now I've been using SunFiber, which is a proprietary gluten-free invisible fiber made by Tomorrow's Nutrition, and the effects are noteworthy.

Open Original Shared LinkMy doctor recently recommended that I increase my daily fiber intake to help reduce my total cholesterol levels, and at around the same time some samples of SunFiber arrived for me to try out. Going on the assumption that the timing of these two things may not be a coincidence, I decided to begin using SunFiber for this purpose.

    Celiac.com Sponsor (A12):
According to information about the product provided by Tomorrow's Nutrition, SunFiber contains 6 grams of clinically proven, clear and grit-free soluable fiber, and it is also a proven prebiotic. It also helps to control the glycemic index of foods, which is an added bonus.

What I really like about SunFiber is that it is totally tasteless, and is a superfine powder that quickly seems to dissolve in any liquid, and it doesn't change the flavor or color of the drink. I really dislike all of the artificial colors and flavors contained in many common fiber supplements, and SunFiber doesn't contain anything except their fiber and guar gum.

I've already seen a vast improvement in regularity, and expect to see an improvement on my next cholesterol check. I'd recommend SunFiber for many reasons, but especially because it is a very clean and easy to take fiber supplement.

It would have been helpful to tell us what SunFiber is. From their website I learned that "Sunfiber is a galactomannan based soluble dietary fiber made from hydrolyzed guar gum."

    GlutenOut Gluten-Free Ravioli
Celiac.com 09/09/2010 - Italy's gluten-free ravioli delivered to your home? I recently had the pleasure of trying gluten free ravioli made by GlutenOut. I am no Italian chef, but these gluten free ravioli couldn't be any easier to cook. Just 3-4 minutes in boiling water, add a little gluten free sauce and I experienced the best tasting gluten free ravioli within minutes. They held together beautifully and tasted amazing and no wonder Italy is known for its pasta!  My only complaint is that my entire family - even those who are not gluten-free ate them up, so they didn't last very long.

Now is the perfect time of year to find a tasty, easy-to-make gluten-free pie crust!  I recently tried Inspiration Mixes gluten-free pie crust mix and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised.
This pie crust mix is priced right and each box makes four pie crusts.  The crust only took a few minutes to make, and after a short time in the fridge it was ready to be rolled out.  I just dusted some gluten-free flour on parchment paper and simply rolled out the ball of gluten-free dough and was surprised to see how easily it transferred it into the pie pan.  It held together beautifully and wasn't dry, crumbly or gritty like some of the other brands that I have tried.  The gluten free pie crust held in place and withstood the moist filling of my pumpkin pie.
    I was a little nervou...

I had a gluten-free bread that "worked", until I recently tried the gluten-free certified Rudi's Multigrain Bread. I'm always a bit of a skeptic when trying new gluten-free products especially gluten-free bread! However, I couldn't ignore the buzz about Rudi's gluten-free bread and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to give it a try. I took out a slice of their Multigrain Bread to try and was pleasantly surprised. Rudi's bread was literally like a slice of heaven. Their Multigrain Bread had such an amazing taste and texture, even though I'm usually not a fan of mulitgrain breads. However, I still had to put it to the ultimate test and make a deli-style sandwich with all the fixings. I have yet to find a gluten-free bread that doesn't fall apart after the first bite when I add moist...

    Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts
I happen to love thin crust pizza. The other day I had the good fortune to get my hands on a 12” Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crust, and it looked as if it was made exactly how I like it—uniformly thin  throughout the entire crust. I was impressed by how perfectly formed this pizza crust was, and I also like the fact that it was larger than most crusts I’ve tried—it was big enough for my family of four.
My family and I prepared the pizza together, and we added our favorite tomato sauce, cheese and gluten-free pizza toppings. We baked it in the oven as advised on the package for about 12-15 minutes at 475F, and the results of our minimal efforts were outstanding! The crust had excellent texture and tasted exactly how I expect great pizza to taste. My non-gluten-free family members ...
