It's important for people with celiac disease to make sure oat products are gluten-free. For celiacs, the best way is to choose trusted oat products that are either certified gluten-free, labeled gluten-free, or known to be gluten-free and safe. This list does not include granola, as we will cover gluten-free granola brands in another article.
