    You should have listed Simple Mills

    Pizza Mix. It is very easy to make  and healthy.

    I've tried a number of the brands listed above -- some of which are shamefully bad.  But we located one that my husband (non-celiac) and I both love.  Pizza Oggi by Oggi Foods, Quebec.  We happened to find it in our local Grocery Outlet store.

    It would be ideal to know which one, if any do NOT contain the gluten cross-reactor: yeast.

    I use Bob's Red Mill. I add garlic powder, onion powder, Thyme, oregano, or any other that I like to the mix and it taste wonderful...

    This is a myth.  Celiacs can use yeast in baked recipes like breads and pastries.

    I haven't gotten to try it yet, but look forward to it. There is a company Open Original Shared Link that sells a gluten free mix. A thicker more bready crust than the typical thin crust gluten-free pizza.

    I tried Bold Organics' Deluxe Gluten-Free Pizza yesterday, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. It includes pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted peppers, onions, Shiitake mushrooms, etc., and it tastes great. As with their other pizzas, they use soy cheese which makes this pizza also milk/lactose-free, as well as gluten-free, so many people will be happy about this. I really could not tell that the cheese on this pizza was non-dairy, as it melted perfectly and tasted fine.
    Since many celiacs also have issue with casein, I am certain there will be a lot of happy customers for this pizza!

    Papa John's New Gluten-Free Pizza Not Safe For Celiacs
    Celiac.com 08/14/2017 - Pizza chain Papa John's is warning consumers that its new gluten-free pizza is not safe for people with celiac disease or serious gluten intolerance.
    After announcing on Monday that it was introducing a gluten-free crust made with sorghum, teff, amaranth, and quinoa at locations across the US, the company warned that it does not recommend the crust for people with a serious gluten intolerance.
    An official statement from the company reads in part:
    "Papa John's employs procedures to prevent contact with gluten…it is possible that a pizza with gluten-free crust could be exposed to gluten during the in-store, pizza-making process. Therefore, the brand does not recommend its Gluten-Free Crust made with Ancient Grains for customers with Celiac D...

    Domino's Pizza Offers Gluten-Free Crust? I Think Not!
    Celiac.com 10/19/2017 - When I first saw the big advertisement that came through the mail I thought, "Wow, we are really getting somewhere!" However, when I read their advertisement my mind was quickly changed by what seems like false advertising.
    It reads like a great deal of boasting, followed by the "disclaimer" (At the bottom. Who reads to the end of an advertisement?)
    Here's the disclaimer:

    "Domino's pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza."
    If I hadn't read that disclaimer, I could have gone out that night and purchased a Domino's Gluten...

      And yes, of course it's better to know and we will adjust. It's just, he's 7 and in our house we can control what he gets. But he plays soccer 3 times a week and in the changing room the boys share candies. I can and will tell him not to accept them any more, but "mistakes" will be made. I'm really burdened by the potential social impact...

      Thank you for your reaction. The reference values are both "<10", although I found a medical paper from Netherlands (I'm Belgian) who use the same values and there the see a positive daignosis as twice more then 200 and a positive biopsie. I didn't see how to change this in my original message, sorry...

Last august my 7 year old son suddenly had these colic like pain attacks that would come a few times per day/night during 10 days.
