      Maybe you are allergic to the the Simbicort. I would suggest talking to your physician about an alternative inhaler medication.

      Accidental Ingestion

      Sorry you are having this experience when inadvertently getting Gluten. I have used 3 ounces of water with 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp of honey mixed well and drink. I have also used Nature's Way organic Apple cider vinegar (ACV) Gummies. Bottle says, take two. This is great when I'm out and about and carry them in my handbag. I got them...
