The Far East - so beautiful - so historic - so mystical - so cultural - so unique! But to those of us who are on the Gluten-free Diet, it may have seemed like we would never be able to enjoy all the wonders of the Far East - The Orient. It's hard enough to explain the Gluten-free Diet to our local Chinese restaurant - no less eat at restaurants for every meal, every day - for weeks at a time.

Then it's off to Hong Kong where we'll ride a cog railway to the top of Victoria Peak; shop Nathan Road; see the Aberdeen Floating Village and even have dinner on a floating restaurant.
