The next meeting of the Central NJ chapter of ROCK will on Wednesday,
February 9th from 7 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. at the Monmouth County Public Library, Symmes
Road, Manalapan. Connie Sarros, gluten-free cookbook author will be our guest speaker.
We will also be visited by http://www.thegrainlessbaker.com from northeast PA
to sample and sell their gluten free delights.
All are welcome. Adult celiacs, too!!!
