Gluten Intolerance Education Conference Oct. 14-15, 2005 to be held at the Courtyard by Marriot in Moorhead, MN. Fargo, ND is the nearest airport. Friday evening is for anyone in Medical Professional field only. Saturday is for professionals and the general public. Dietitian CPEUs and Continuing Education is offered for both days. National speakers include Dr. Peter Green from Columbia University, Dr. Michelle Pietzak from Children?s Hospital Los Angeles and Shelley Case R.D. from Regina. We are anticipating 300 or more attendees including dieticians, physicians, nurses, daycare providers, students, celiacs and general public interested in more information on Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerance. We have many vendors signed up and it is a great opportunity to hear the latest information about celiac disease, nutrition, and see what new products are available.
We are having a Celiac tTG screening test at PRACS Institute on Friday nignt from 6 - 9:30 pm for only $10, for the general public. This is a great opportunity to get family members tested. You must be consuming gluten to be tested. Register early to assure a spot.
