the WNY Gluten Free Diet Support Group Presents one of the Premier

Authorities on the Gluten Free Diet, Shelley Case, B.Sc. (Nutrition &

Dietetics), RD, Registered Dietitian.

There will be a Professional Presentation in the a.m. worth four (4) CPE

hours and an open to the public Brunch and learn in the afternoon.

Shelley is the author of The Gluten-Free Diet - A Comprehensive Resource

Guide. http://www.glutenfreediet.ca/ The book is intended to provide

practical information about the gluten-free diet, including nutritional

aspects, meal planning, shopping, recipes, brand names of gluten-free

products available, directory of companies and other resources.

Shelley- Specializes in nutrition counseling for gastrointestinal

disorders such as celiac disease; food allergies and intolerances; heart

disease and diabetes.

* Is a frequent guest speaker on television and radio, including the

NBC Today Show.

* Has co-authored the Celiac Disease Section in the Manual of Clinical

Dietetics (6th Edition) by the American Dietetic Association and

Dietitians of Canada, as well as sections of the Canadian Celiac

Association's "Celiac Disease Needs a Diet for Life Handbook" and A

Guide for the Celiac Diabetic.

* Serves on the Medical Advisory Boards of the Canadian Celiac

Association, Celiac Disease Foundation and the Gluten Intolerance Group,

as well as the Advisory Board of Living Without Magazine.

* Is a member of the American Dietetic Association including the

Dietitians in Business and Communications, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and
