That's what this mini Getaway is all about. It's a Foody Getaway. We'll have
lunch and dinner at two of the four award winning restaurants on the CIA's
campus. And much more.
This is the sixth time we will have had the opportunity to participate in the
Gluten-free training of the future Chefs and Bakery Chefs who will graduate
from this premier International Culinary Institution.
We'll also have a Get-Together on the first night of the Getaway that will
excite your taste buds with: Gluten-free Beer - Fresh Farm made Cheese -
and scrumptious fresh baked cakes, pies and pastries - and more
And, of course, touring the CIA; Locust Grove Estate of Samuel Morse; and
the Sprout Creek Farm & Creamery where we'll see how cheese is made
from the grass to the cheese.
Join us and see why over the years hundreds of members from all over the
USA and Canada have participated - many more than once. We invite all
