THANKSGIVING POTLUCK AND HOLIDAY COOKIE EXCHANGE

Saturday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m.

Centennial Medical Center

2300 Patterson Street, Nashville

3rd Floor Tower Training Room

Directions to Centennial Medical Center

>From 40, take Church St. exit West. Follow Elliston Place to 23rd Ave., turn

right, go approximately two blocks. Under black walkway, turn left into

parking garage. Take elevator to 3rd floor.

>From 440, take West End to Elliston Place. Turn left on 23rd Ave., go

approximately two blocks. Under black walkway, turn left into parking

garage. Take elevator to 3rd floor.

THANKSGIVING POTLUCK

Three Free Range Turkeys will be provided courtesy of Wild Oats Market!

These will be prepared gluten free and dairy free. (Don¹t forget to order

your fresh bird from Wild Oats soon!)

Please bring a dish from one of the following categories, as well as the

ingredients list and multiple copies of the recipe to share:

-Salad

-Casserole (rice, brocolli, etc.)

-Stuffing (gluten-free bread stuffing, cornbread stuffing)

-Vegetable (mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, etc.)

-Fruit (cranberry sauce, etc.)

-Bread/Dinner Rolls

-Dessert (pumpkin pie, fruit pie, cheesecake, etc.)

-Beverages

HOLIDAY COOKIE EXCHANGE

This is a wonderful opportunity to only bake one kind of cookie, but to

leave with a variety of flavors and shapes. Please RSVP to

janetlowery@comcast.net or 758-7967 if you plan to participate. This is how

it works:

1. Bring a minimum of 4 ­ 5 dozen gluten free cookies that you have baked

or candies that you have created.

2. Also bring along about 3 dozen copies of the recipe.

3. An extra container will be needed to place your new cookie collection

into.

4. Depending on how many people are participating, determines how many of

each cookie you can take.

5. Take cookies home and eat them or freeze them for later enjoyment
