November Bremerton, WA Gluten Intolerance Group Meeting
Hi Members and friends,
We've got a great meeting planned for November. We are having a shopping
trip to Fred Meyers. Marti, Carol and I have spent quite a few hours going
through all the aisles checking out what foods are inherently gluten free and also
highlighting the ones which are labeled gluten-free. With the new allergen law in force,
reading labels has become much easier. We will go through all those items you
may have doubts about and introduce you to new items that will really fill
your dietary needs.
Fred Meyer will have some incentives for us and I think it will be a fun
evening for all. Don't forget to bring a notebook and comfy shoes. (Oh! and also
money to do your shopping).
We will meet at the North end of Fred Meyers on Wheaten Way (the grocery end)
at 7:30pm. If you come late you can find us at the coffee shop area (or in
the aisles). We will divide up into groups to cover the whole grocery area. See
you there!
The November meeting shopping trip to Fred Meyers is on Friday night November
17th at 7:30pm.

Please be sure to read the message from Adele Fosser about the Port Townsend,
WA meeting on Nov. 11th. If you attended our meeting in Oct. you know she is
a master baker and chef and is a wealth of knowledge when it come to preparing
Gluten Free foods. It will be well worth the trip there. If you need a ride
or want to drive let me know and maybe I can help with riders or drivers.
