Participants will first enjoy a great sampling of food, including salad with croutons, chicken pot pie, breads, and pie, showcasing the many uses of the bread mixes. While savoring the meal, Anna will demonstrate how to prepare her bread, pizza, pies, hamburger buns, and croutons. Attendees will also receive recipes and be entered to win a raffle for door prizes. There is a cost and space is limited. To reserve your place or just get extra info, call Jeanne Rotatori at (401) 885-2368 by December 3rd or email her: jr81796@cox.net
Jeanne is a great friend of mine and she is doing this to help out the local celiac's. She is not making a dime on this but is involved with 3 support groups in RI area and felt a need for this class. She attended the class up in Worcester Ma and thought it would be great to have one down here in RI.
