multiple-course Italian dinner that is naturally gluten free.
Class also includes lots of sampling and wine.
Taught by Italian American Celiac and personal chef
Daniela Magozzi and Kathryn Guy, who has offered
catering at the Stanford Celiac Conference for several
years. Her gluten free baked goods have been sold at
several local cafes.
