"Get On A Mission Of Nutrition" Family Camp to be held in beautiful Jemez Mountains of New Mexico
Serving healthy, organic food, and catering to the needs of those with gluten and other common food sensitivities
Dallas, Texas: The Intestinal Health Institute and Kenny Davin Fine, MD are hosting a "Get On A Mission Of Nutrition" Family Camp July 1-6, 2007 at YMCA Camp Shaver in beautiful Jemez Springs, New Mexico.
This camp experience is perfect for the entire family. It is fun and educational with food that is good and good for you! YMCA staff-supervised activities include hiking, team sports, wall climbing, high ropes, archery, riflery, arts and crafts, swimming in the Jemez river and nearby warm springs, and campfires.
"Get On A Mission Of Nutrition" Family Camp will focus on encouraging healthy nutrition, regular exercise, and other healthy lifestyle habits. "Dr. Ken" of the Intestinal Health Institute will hold round table discussions about health and nutrition and will also teach children and adults about healthy lifestyle habits through his musical, health education program, "Get On A Mission Of Nutrition."
The food provided will be delicious, healthy, and organically grown. All food will be gluten-free with soy-free, casein-free, egg-free, and yeast-free options.
Cost for the camp including 15 meals and snacks
$279 for adults and children over age 12; $229 for children ages 5-12
(Free for children under the age of 5)
Children of any age are invited to the camp, although those 5 or younger will require parental supervision at activities.
