Taught by Celiac and personal chef, Daniela Magozzi,
and Kathryn Guy, who has catered the Stanford Celiac
Conference for several years and sold gluten free baked
goods at local cafes.
This is a repeat class for those who were on the waiting
list for the first class offered last February. Class includes
hands on training in how to put together a multiple-course
Italian dinner that is naturally gluten free. Class also
