CELIAC DISEASE FOUNDATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE & FOOD FAIR

Last year over 350 people attended the Celiac Disease Foundation Annual Education Conference & Food Fair including celiacs, family members and people with a vested interest in Celiac Disease and the gluten free lifestyle. Over 40 exhibitors sampled and sold their products. We expect a great attendance this year as well. The market for gluten free products is growing fast and is expected to generate 1.7bn in revenue by 2010. If you want to get your information and product into the hands of hundreds of people following the gluten free diet, the CDF Conference is the place.
